Disclaimer

As a contributor to the Zillow Group PAC (the ZG PAC) and/or ZG NY State PAC, I am aware:

-that contributions will be used in connection with federal and state elections and are subject to the prohibitions and limitations of the Federal Election Campaign Act and New York State Law;

-of my right to refuse to contribute, without reprisal;

-that, in accordance with federal law, individual contributions to a ZG PAC may not exceed $5,000 per year;

-of the political purpose of the ZG PAC & ZG NY State PAC;

-that any guidelines for contributing are merely suggestions. I may contribute more or less than the guidelines suggest or nothing at all and will not be favored or disadvantaged by reason of the amount of my contribution(s) or my decision not to contribute;

-that contributions to the ZG PAC & ZG NY State PAC are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes;

-that I must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (i.e., a green card holder who resides in the U.S.) to contribute to the PAC.

-my enrollment will continue until I notify the ZG PAC Director in writing of my wish to withdraw.

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and the name of the employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.

No employer or labor organization may discriminate against an officer or employee in the terms or conditions of employment for (i) the failure to contribute to; (ii) the failure in any way to support or oppose; or (iii) in any way supporting or opposing a candidate, ballot proposition, political party, or political committee.
